Condition: This 1985 watch is in nice honest condition having just enjoyed a service from our Watchmaker. Stunning Faded Brown bezel insert - matches dial plus standard black insert. Case/Dial: Stainless Steel pinhole case 40mm (plus crown). Stunning Tritium Stardust (very rare aging phenomenon) dial with matching Tritium hands and pearl. Sapphire Glass. Date function. Movement: Superb Rolex automatic movement - running strongly. Bracelet/Strap: New Rolex solid end link Oyster Fliplock Bracelet. Box/Papers: Rolex Boxes (Inner and Outer), Tag, Booklet, Bracelet Tool (papers missing but priced accordingly) Reference numbers: Model number 16660 S/No 88xxxxx (means 1985) Other Information: One of the most sought after Rolex Sports Models currently the 16660 is the transitional model on a limited production run between the 1665 and 16600 models - the rarity is further amplified by the stunning stardust dial.
