How do I buy from Fitzrovia Watches?
For mutual security we do not have online checkout on our Website. You can either make an appointment and buy face to face or we ship all over the UK and the World. Just pick up the phone or send us an email to discuss/arrange. We have facilities for card payments (not AMEX) and can also accept Bank Transfers or cash payments (Up to £8k). Coronavirus update: We remain fully open for business. We continue to send watches fully insured all over the world with Fedex operating as normal.
What is your best price? – can I make you an offer?
We have always operated an honest and transparent FIXED price policy. Rather than inflate our prices and then haggle the price you see is always the best we can offer. We never haggle.
What are your shipping arrangements?
Your Watch will always be carefully packaged, fully insured, tracked online and will require a signature on receipt.
Do you offer a Warranty and Insurance Valuation?
We check all of our watches very carefully and would not sell anything that was not operating properly in the first place. Many of the watches we sell are still covered by the original manufacturers’ warranty, where this is not the case we offer a 12 month warranty against mechanical problems (not damage to watch following misuse/accident). We provide an Insurance Valuation with all watches we sell.
What is your returns policy?
If you collect your watch in person but subsequently change your mind we will offer to buy it back in the same condition subject to a re-stocking charge. If you buy the watch without first inspecting it you are covered by the UK ‘distance selling regulations’ which allow you to return the goods (in the same condition) within 14 days of receipt for a full no quibble refund.

We have worked hard to build a trusted reputation and excellent feedback record over the years. Where do you get your watches?
Since 2009 we have developed a range of trusted sources for the watches we stock. We buy part exchange watches from High Street Authorised Dealers. We have relationships with some Manufacturer’s distributors to sell ex-display stock watches. We have many repeat collector customers from whom we buy and take in part exchange watches. We are very very careful and only select the very best examples from what we are offered.
Are all of your watches authentic/genuine?
100% yes, we have years of experience and reputation to uphold and would never sell a fake watch or a watch with fake parts. We provide our own certificate of authenticity for every watch we sell.
How do you check that a watch is not reported Lost/Stolen?
We use the industry recognised leading service called The Watch Register (http://www.thewatchregister.com). They run a constantly updated database of Lost and Stolen Watches as reported by the Police, Insurers and other Watch Retailers. We will provide you with a copy of the Watch Register certificate for your watch at purchase.
Where is your office? What are your opening hours?
In 2009 our first office was at the top of Regent Street in the Fitzrovia area of London. We kept the name Fitzrovia but can now be found on the South Coast.
We operate strictly by prior appointment only 7 days a week. Cams Hall, Fareham, Hampshire PO16 8AB. Easy access from M27 Motorway or Mainline train station.
